Caring for Your Landscaping
Fertilizer
The only fertilizer we use is made by Nitro-Phos. In my opinion their fertilizer is the best on the market bar none and you can never go wrong using it.
Watering
-
The best time to water is between 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM. It allows the water time to soak into soil and reach the roots without water evaporating. You don’t want to water during the day because the water evaporates before soaking into the soil causing plants to not have the ability to absorb water. You also want to make sure you are not watering plants at night. After being watered at night the leaves stay wet [without the sun to dry them off] for a good while which in turn causes fungal development.

The type of heads your sprinkler has will determine the length of time you should be watering your grass and flowerbeds. Pop up sprinklers should be run for about 9 minutes whereas rotary sprinklers should run for about 30 minutes.
